The 12 point flange nuts provide ample clearance to rocker arms for maximum lift potential while a rounded nose on top of the stud prevents cross threading of the nut during assembly. Manufactured from grade 12.9 hardware, these high-strength studs also help to prevent thread fatigue and pulling of threads in aluminum heads.
