CLI Sway Bars
This kit is designed for trucks already running a Carli Suspension 2.5" system that can reuse the end links and sway bar drops from the original Carli setup.
The factory sway bar is nearly immobile. So, it’s no surprise that it’s the most neglected ride-oriented component on the vehicle as people fail to look past the front coils and rear leaf springs when looking to “soften” the factory ride. The factory sway bar is essentially a brace locking the axle to the frame. It is setup to perform at the vehicle’s max load so it can be a bit blunt when the truck is not fully laden. The Carli Torsion Sway Bar splits the difference allowing a small amount of differentiation side-to-side movement before progressively engaging to add the needed control as leverage is applied. Rip corners in the dirt with surgical precision knowing there’s exactly enough rate to hold the body steady while cutting your line through the dirt. Hit the tarmac and enjoy the benefit of the lighter rate bar cruising around town with the vehicle’s on-road feel reminiscent of an independent front suspension – no more intrusive chassis chatter on small bumps.
