NOTE: THIS REDUCING V-BAND FLANGE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER 2.500" V-BAND FLANGES. This V-Band Flange is a reducing style V-Band Flange that is only meant to work with 3.000" V-Band Flanges (with a 3.750" overall OD) to create a reducing V-Band Assembly.
This 2.500" ID Reducing V-Band Flange is a replacement component for Reducing V-Band Assembly SKU 22205 and is compatible with the following individual products:- SKU 22108 (3.000" V-Band Assembly 304 Stainless)
- SKU 22156 ( 3.000" ID Female Flange 304 Stainless)
- SKU 12067 ( 3.000" ID V-Band Flange "Female" 6061 Aluminum)
- SKU 22124 ( 3.000" Quick Release V-Band Clamp 304 Stainless)
- SKU 12024 ( 3.000" V-Band Clamp 304 Stainless)
Our "Male" V-Band Flanges are precision CNC machined from solid 304 Stainless Steel round bar and feature a counterbore on the weld side of the flange to allow the matching tube size material to slip into the V-Band Flange and be welded in place with the proper alignment. The seating surface of this Male style V-Band Flange utilizes a CNC machined retainer that, when paired with the matching "Female" style flange, creates a leak-free seal without the need for a gasket.
Stainless Steel V-Band Clamps and Flanges are an affordable and durable type of clamping system that is suited for high performance automotive, diesel, marine and industrial applications.
