NOTE: THIS ALUMINUM REDUCING STYLE V-BAND FLANGE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER 3.000" V-BAND FLANGES. This V-Band Flange is a reducing style V-Band Flange that is only meant to work with 3.500" V-Band Flanges (with a 4.232" overall OD) to create a reducing V-Band Assembly.

This 3.000" ID Reducing V-Band Flange is a replacement component for Reducing V-Band Assembly SKU 12206 and is compatible with the following individual products:

Our "Male/Female" interlocking style V-Band Flanges utilize a interlocking seating surface to ensure a leak-free seal without the need for a gasket and provides an easy way to align the flanges during installation. The interlocking seating surface, the area where the two flanges meet within the clamp, makes fitment and installation a breeze even when in the tightest of areas.

The butt-weld side of our 304 Stainless V-Band Flanges are CNC machined with a counterbore to allow the matching tube size material to slip into the V-Band Flange and be welded in place with the proper alignment. The counterbore is machined to be 0.065" wide and allows for the inside diameter (ID) of 16ga wall thickness tubing to align perfectly with the ID of the V-Band Flange without any restrictions or reductions.
